胶体金在DNA分子识别中的应用——胶体金对罗丹明B与单双链DNA识别作用的影响

通过研究罗丹明B与单双链DNA作用过程中，胶体金加入前后的紫外可见吸收光谱的变化，发现在胶体金加入的前后，罗丹明B均以沟槽方式与单双链DNA相作用；胶体金的加入可以较大程度地增大化合物与DNA之间的相互作用．     

聚对氨基苯磺酸修饰电极测定尿酸

利用循环伏安法制备了聚对氨基苯磺酸修饰电极, 研究了尿酸在该修饰电极上的电化学行为. 结果表明, 该电极对尿酸有较强的电催化作用, 并对抗坏血酸有较强的抗干扰能力. 在pH 5.6的乙酸盐缓冲溶液中, 用循环伏安法和差分脉冲伏安法在该电极上测定了尿酸, 其线性范围分别为1.0×10-5～2.0×10-4 mol/L和4.0×10-7～1.0×10-5 mol/L, 检出限分别为6.0×10-6 mol/L和1.0×10-7 mol/L. 已用于尿液中尿酸的测定.     

糖苷配合物与DNA作用机理的电化学研究进展

本文综述了糖苷配合物的合成、表征、生物功能及糖化学研究现状，并对糖苷功能配合物与DNA的作用机理及生物功能的电分析化学研究进行了探讨。着重讨论了应用电分析化学、谱学方法、单晶X-射线衍射分析来研究糖苷功能配合物。引用文献39篇。     

一些稀疏图的强边染色（英文）

图G的强边染色是指对图G进行正常边染色使得任意长度为3的路的三条边染不同的颜色.图G的强边色数,记为χ’_s(G),是使得图G是强k边着色的最小正整数kk.2015年,Zang [arXiv:1510.00785]证明了:最大度△(G)=5的图G,χ’_s(G)≤37.本文证明了:最大度△(G)=5且最大平均度小于8/3(或者14/5)的图G,χ’_s(G)≤13 (或者14).另外,本文证明了:最大度△(G)≥3的不含K_2,3-图子式的图G,χ’_s(G)≤4△(G)-6,这个界是紧的.     

Distribution of δD in 25-cm Surface Snow Along Trans-Antarctic Route (Ⅱ)——The “1990 International Trans-Antarctic Expedition” Glaciological Research

On the way of the "1990 International Trans-Antarctic Expedition", the first author of this paper, the Chinese member of the expedition, collected 104 snow samples in 25-cm surface snow along a 5986-km route on Antarctic ice sheet from west to east. The geographical distribution of δD across the Antarctica by the longest route is obtained from stable isotope analysis for the first time. After discussing regional differences of physical geographic conditions, maritime-continental influence, altitudes and latitudes at sampling sites, the distribution of δD is considered to have a close relation to latitudes, but the topographic effect is prominent in some particular regions. The mean annual temperature at sampling site and its relationship with δD in surface snow covering Antarctica from west to east are discussed also. Synthesis and In Vitro Antiviral Activities of Some New 2-Arylthiomethyl-4-tertiaryaminomethylsubstituted Derivatives of 6-Bromo-3-ethoxycarbonyl-5-hydroxyindoles

Some new derivatives of 3-ethoxycarbonyl-6-bromo-5-hydroxyindoles were designedand prepared, their antiviral activity were determined in cell culture with virus cytopathic effect assay. The results showed compound Ⅶ b, Ⅶ h exhibited potential antiviral activity.

还原性的类立方烷型金属有机原子簇[M_4(μ~3-Se)_4(η-C_5H_4R)_4](M=Mo,R=Pr~i;M=Cr,R=Me)的合成、晶体结构和电子性质

类立方烷型金属原子簇化合物M_4E_4(M为过渡金属,E为硫属元素)的研究长期以来受到重视,其主要原因有二:(1)一些类立方烷型金属原子簇(如Fe_4S_4及Fe-Mo-S原子簇)在生物体系(如固氮酶、铁氧还蛋白)中有重要意义;(2)由于可以方便地对M或E作系列性的改变,因而M_4E_4成为研究原子簇化合物的电子结构及检测各种有关的理论假设的重要模型化合物。
